Guide for Package Treatments

Reservations - as treatment, staff and facilities are reserved for you, a reservation fee of 50% of the package fee is required at the time of booking. credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations - your reservation fee will be refunded in full if greater than 24hrs notice of cancellation is provided.
When to arrive - we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow you to fill in relevant information and for preperation time.
